Tailwind Performance Profile (TPP)
The TPP is a high-impact diagnostic assessment that quickly identifies sales and marketing process bottlenecks and makes recommendations to resolve them. Central to the engagement is analysis of the inquiry to close process and examining available Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) e.g. website lead conversion rate, lead qualification rate, opportunity close rate, cost per lead etc. The TPP process allows our clients to better understand their unique marketing and sales funnel and to understand how their results compare to best-practices organizations. The TPP Process is non-disruptive and is normally conducted within 4-6 weeks.
Results are presented in a comprehensive report which includes a scorecard across 6 key areas, detailed workflow documentation of the current marketing and sales inquiry to close process and a set of recommendations to improve KPIs and hence overall productivity.
