Tailwind Performance Profile (TPP)

The TPP is a high-impact diagnostic engagement that quickly identifies sales process bottlenecks and makes recommendations to resolve them. Central to the engagement is the collection of customer-specific Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) which are vetted and compared to established industry norms. The TPP process allows our clients to better understand their unique sales funnel and to evaluate how their results compare to other best-practice sales organizations.

The TPP process is non-disruptive, and is normally conducted and delivered in two weeks. Results are presented in a comprehensive report that includes an overview of the TPP process, a detailed recap of sales funnel metrics and a set of recommendations to improve conversion rates and over-all performance.
